You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration details. One person may hold one account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You retain copyright in everything you submit. By submitting, you grant Story To Earn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, publish, translate excerpts of, and promote the work on the platform and its social channels.

You confirm the work is original, that you hold the rights to it, and that it is not published under an exclusive licence elsewhere.

All submissions are reviewed by a human. We may approve, request revisions, reject, or unpublish content that breaches these terms or our content guidelines.

Plagiarism, undisclosed machine-generated text, and content that sexualises minors or incites violence lead to immediate suspension.

Paid memberships unlock platform features and higher monthly submission limits. They are not investments and do not guarantee income, publication or payouts.

Memberships renew only when you choose to renew them and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.

Rewards are credited when a story is published, at the rate published for your plan at that time.

Withdrawals require approved identity verification and are subject to the platform minimum. Fraudulent activity results in frozen balances and account suspension.

You may close your account at any time via support. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will explain the reason unless legally prevented.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

We will notify registered writers of material changes to these terms by email and in-app notification.
