Withdrawal policy

Identity verification must be approved, and the payout account must belong to the verified account holder.

Your requested amount must be at or above the current platform minimum and cannot exceed your available balance.

RedotPay and Binance are the supported payout methods — choose either when you request a withdrawal. First verified withdrawal minimum: $2. Future withdrawals minimum: $10. Network or provider fees are deducted by the payment provider, not by Story To Earn.

Requests are reviewed by our finance team, usually within three business days. The requested amount is held out of your available balance while a request is pending.

You can hold one pending request at a time. Every status change generates a notification and a wallet record.

The full amount is returned to your available balance automatically and the reason is recorded on the request. Common reasons are mismatched payout details or a failed compliance check.
